Exchange/return of goods is allowed on a case-to-case basis up to 7 days from the date order is received, subject to Perromart's T&C.
1. There's something wrong with the items in my delivery and I'd like a replacement.
We encourage all pawrents to check their orders at the point of delivery (or immediately when you get home if your order has been left at the riser/door)! If you've discovered something wrong with your order, please contact us! All items to be exchanged or returned must be unopened and in its original packaging, else, the exchange or return will not be valid.
2. How will the return be done?
If a return is approved on grounds that the product has been determined to be defective or damaged, Team Perro will assist with the exchange and collection of the item that you wish to return, we will do our best to inform you of the estimated time and date of exchange.
