We keep most of our products in the warehouse and once you have placed your order, we will check with the warehousing team whether the item is in stock. Else, we will place an order with the supplier.
For orders that are out of stock, we will inform you via WhatsApp or call and let you know the earliest estimated date of arrival or a replacement that best suits your dog or cat needs!
In the event where the item is discontinued and you do not want any replacement, a refund will be issued. (Assessed by case-by-case basis)
